Since 2010, the year of the brand’s establishment, Dear, Klairs has consistently been making essential skincare products for everyone. Rather than just chasing after trends, we’ve been making products that can be used by customers of all skin types in a healthy way.

In 2022, Dear, Klairs became a global brand receiving support from customers all around the world, and we were able to interact with even more customers by opening a flagship store in Garosu-gil, Sinsa-dong, Seoul. 

Despite the brand having grown largely in size, there is still a need for a brand like Dear, Klairs to exist in the world. We only make products that we are confident that we can make better than others, actively listen to customers’ voices, and strive to make even better products.

We would like to share three skincare products that many customers have shown their love for among all Dear, Klairs products.

Dear, Klairs Supple Preparation Unscented Toner

  • Enter a new bestseller

Many customers who have used the original best-selling Dear, Klairs Supple Preparation Facial Toner were sensitive to the natural essential oils in the product. Some customers have voiced their desire to us to release another version of the toner without the essential oils.

In response, Dear, Klairs listened to our customers’ feedback and released the Supple Preparation Unscented Toner in March 2018. It received lots of love from many customers for its mild and moist use, and in December 2021, it achieved a total sales of 2 million bottles, becoming the new bestseller following the Supple Preparation Toner.

Dear, Klairs Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil

  • If you want a fresh cleansing oil

The “Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil” is a product with a cushiony texture that deep cleanses sebum and blackheads. It is loved by customers who have had experiences where their skin felt dry after cleansing, as this product leaves a moisturizing finish.

However, customers with combination skin who prefer a fresher finish, or customers who want a clean finish, have requested for a product that can ‘wash their face a little faster’.

In September 2020, Dear, Klairs introduced the daily “Gentle Black Fresh Cleansing Oil,” which is lighter to use and can be used by customers who are sensitive to essential oils or fragrances.

Customers can now select and use cleansing oils based on their skin type and cleansing preferences.

As we always have, Dear, Klairs will continue to listen to customer feedback in order to make products that can be loved by more for a long time.

Dear, Klairs Rich Moist Soothing Cream

  • A larger moisturizing cream that’s easier

The Rich Moist Soothing Cream,  a cream that balances the oil and water of the skin, has a high repurchase rate to the point where people say, “There may be customers who have never used it, but no customers have used it only once.”

However, as it is a popular product, there were quite a few customers who asked for an increase in size, expressing shame over the existing capacity. 

There was also feedback that the structure of the opening and closing cap made it difficult to squeeze out the remaining cream.

In April 2021, we listened to our customers’ voices and increased the capacity by 25% and changed the packaging to a softer tube with a screw type cap so that the product could be used until the end.
