Since the brand’s launch in 2010, Dear, Klairs has always wanted to meet customers in person. So in November 2010, the first flagship store ‘Klairs Seoul’ had its grand opening in Seoul. At Klairs Seoul, you can try out and purchase every Dear, Klairs product. Taking it one step further from here, we created a special space in the basement floor where you can get a better understanding of our products.

If you come down to the basement floor via the entrance of Klairs Seoul, we have a zone called “Proud to Present”.
This is the place where we have 6 Dear, Klairs products we present with pride.
Customers receive one wooden coin to vote for the product they want to try out the most after hearing each product’s description.

Supple Preparation Unscented Toner
Dear, Klairs has many customers with sensitive skin. Because of this reason, there were many requests for an essential oil-free version of the ‘Supple Preparation Toner’. We listened to our customers’ feedback and released the oil-free ‘Supple Preparation Unscented Toner’ where we excluded the essential oils while maintaining the quality of the product. Soon after its release, it became a favorite to customers with skin that is sensitive to fragrances and essential oils, and it is also the product with the best response to customers just now discovering the brand through Klairs Seoul.

Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop
The Dear, Klairs Freshly Juiced Vitamin Drop is a gentle vitamin serum with stabilized pure vitamin C that can be used regardless of weather or situation.

Rich Moist Soothing Cream
If you have been using a different cream for every season, the ‘Rich Moist Soothing Cream’ is for you. It is a basic soothing cream that absorbs into your skin without feeling sticky and can be used regardless of weather and skin type. Due to the many requests from customers for a larger size, it has recently been renewed to 80mL. It is a product that’s been popular all year round in Klairs Seoul, and also a product the Dear, Klairs team recommends to their friends the most.

A calming cream for sensitized skin
Midnight Blue Calming Cream
Klairs Seoul recommends the ‘Midnight Blue Calming Cream’ as a product for sunburn and calming care when your skin is sensitive due to external factors. It contains guaiazulene and centella asiatica extract, which soothes and cools the skin, making it effective for calming irritated skin.
It was primarily released in 30mL for the purpose of spot treating breakouts, but customers wanted to use it all over the face which led to the release of a larger 60mL version, which you can now choose from the two sizes.

Gentle Black Deep Cleansing Oil
The first cleansing oil from Dear, Klairs contains black bean oil which soothes the skin, black sesame oil which is full of antioxidants, minerals extracted from black currant seeds, and natural oils, so you can have soft and hydrated skin even after cleansing.
