Klairs successfully concluded the “Klairs Blue Festa” event, held over two days on June 14–15 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The event was designed to celebrate the strong local popularity of the Supple Preparation Unscented Toner, widely regarded as Vietnam’s “national toner,” and to mark the official local launch of Klairs’ new product, the Midnight Blue Clearing Water Cream.
On June 14, the event opened in the form of a pop-up store at GIGAMALL in Ho Chi Minh City. The highlight of the event was the appearance of ARrC member Kien, Klairs’ global ambassador and a beloved K-pop star. Kien introduced the new cream’s calming and skin-revitalizing benefits and shared Klairs’ signature skincare routine through an exclusive mini fan meeting with local fans.
The event space featured cool-toned visuals and immersive zones themed around “10-second soothing & skin barrier recovery,” using icy blue, herbal, and refreshing natural elements to convey the product message. Visitors explored a lab-inspired experience zone, brand history gallery, photo booths, and interactive mini games. The event drew over 100 pre-registered guests and local influencers, amplifying local engagement and brand storytelling.
Prior to the event, Klairs had already hosted two successful “Meet & Greet” programs in Vietnam, where loyal customers and influencers were invited to test the new product and share their feedback—further deepening brand affinity and local connection.
