Dear Klairs Opens ‘Sensitive Studio’, a Personalized Skincare Experience for Customers

Dear Klairs introduces ‘Sensitive Studio’, a dedicated space for customers to experience the brand’s philosophy of respecting individual skin sensitivities firsthand. Located within the brand’s office space, the studio transitioned from a successful test period in March to officially opening its doors to customers on April 23, 2026.

In an effort to connect with customers on a deeper level, and empower them to manage their skin effectively on their own, the experience focuses on providing them with a deeper understanding of their unique sensitivity, rather than simple product recommendations.

Unlike typical consumer-voted honors, the Seoul Awards involve a multi-layered evaluation conducted by the SBA. Dear Klairs was judged on a variety of quantitative and qualitative criteria, including domestic and international sales performance, export track record, and global marketing effectiveness.

While the session runs on a group basis, every participant receives a skin diagnosis that utilizes professional diagnostic devices and proprietary self-tests to identify current skin conditions and their specific skin sensitivity type. Visitors then receive product recommendations based on the diagnostic results, and insights on how to get the most out of their skincare routine.

The experience also features a guided group conversation designed to help participants better understand skin sensitivities and concerns collectively, allowing guests to gain broader insights into skincare while receiving routine-building tips and product trials tailored specifically to their own results.

While currently only open to customers in Korea, the program will soon be open to global customers as a way to experience the Dear Klairs philosophy firsthand.
